Mobile Physiotherapy & Occupational Therapy
Therapy that meets you at your front door.
Home Run Rehab brings occupational therapy and physiotherapy straight to your home across Melbourne — so you can work on your goals in the place that matters to you most.
About us
A little more about who we are and how we work.
Home Run Rehab started with a simple idea: therapy works better when it happens in real life. Not in a sterile clinic room, but in the kitchen you cook in, the shower you actually use, and the front steps you need to manage every day.
We're a small, community-focused team of physiotherapists and occupational therapists who travel to you — at home or wherever you're most comfortable — across Melbourne. We work with NDIS participants, older Australians, and private clients.
No two people are the same, so no two treatment plans look the same either. We're here to listen first, then build a plan that actually fits your life.
Where we visit
We currently service Melbourne and surrounding suburbs. Not sure if you're in range? Send us a message and we'll let you know.
Meet the founders
Anthony
Occupational Therapist & Physiotherapist, Co-Founder
Anthony is dual-qualified as both an Occupational Therapist and a Physiotherapist, which means he looks at the whole picture rather than just one part of it. He co-founded Home Run Rehab to bring that practical support straight into people's homes.
Areas of focus
Daniella
Occupational Therapist (Paediatrics), Co-Founder
Daniella is a paediatric Occupational Therapist who works closely with children and their families, taking the time to understand each child before deciding what to work on together. Her sessions are play-based and follow the child's lead.

Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know before your first visit.
Do I need a referral to see you?
Not always. Private clients can book directly with us. If you're being funded through Medicare or NDIS, you may need a referral or plan in place first — get in touch and we'll help you figure out what's needed.
What funding types do you accept?
We work with NDIS (plan and self-managed, and agency by arrangement), My Aged Care, Medicare (with a valid referral) and private health cover, as well as private paying clients.
Which areas do you service?
We're based in and around Melbourne. If you're unsure whether your suburb is covered, send us a message with your address and we'll confirm right away.
What should I expect at my first appointment?
Your therapist will chat with you about your goals, complete a short assessment, and start putting together a plan tailored to you and your home environment. There's no need to prepare anything special.
Can you see both adults and children?
Yes — our occupational therapy services include paediatric support, and our physiotherapy and OT services more broadly support adults and older Australians as well.
How do I book, and can I use my own calendar system?
You can book through our contact form, by phone or by email. Our bookings and intake forms are managed through Splose — once you reach out, we'll send you a simple online intake and get you scheduled in.
